Carola M. Brucker, Ph.D. CNC is a certified nutrition consultant. She teaches nutrition in the community and is a faculty member in the Holistic Health Program at John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, CA. She offers innovative nutritional counseling and maintains a private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Carola specializes in cleansing and rejuvenation and whole food nutrition
for optimal health. She works with individualized programs based on each person's
unique needs and develops strategies designed to support vibrant health.
Carola is a certified Gerson Caregiver. The Gerson Therapy® is a nutritional approach to cleansing and rejuvenation, utilizing the body’s own healing mechanisms to restore health. It has been used for 60 years to address degenerative disease, including cancer.
Her own health crisis of Chronic Fatigue and Environmental Illness led to a passionate pursuit of alternative and natural methods to reverse disease. Carola is committed to supporting both students and clients to create a health building lifestyle through a broad spectrum of creative solutions for long-lasting wellness and health.
